*Delivery*
DHL, FedEx and other sites would be used for delivery purposes. A competitive and responsive organisation would be used to deliver products for a better customer satisfaction.
The delivery is free nationwide.
Approximately 3-4 weeks are required for delivery. However, the shipping period can vary due to inclement weather, production delays, availability, or the summer/holiday season.
*Exchange and Return*
If you wish to exchange or return your order, the process SHOULD be initiated within 12 hours of possession. Furthermore, a few things should be made sure before initiating the process:
- the product should NOT be used
- the product condition SHOULD be 10/10
- all the original packaging and tags SHOULD be intact
If the above mentioned conditions are not fulfilled then the dress might not be refundable.
When you file a complaint within 12 hours of possession, the complaint is inspected and approved. Our team will check into the details and get back to you as soon as possible. If you’re eligible for the refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be patient as it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt is necessary for a refund. For initiating a return, please email us at info@shaynebridals by entering order number and e-mail ID. You will be guided on further steps. All the items returned without filling a proper complaint, will NOT be accepted and might return with no refund at all.
During a return process, you’ll need to pay the return postage/delivery. Moreover for safe return, you MUST use a trackable shipping method and other proofs. Once the package is received by us, it will ONLY then be our responsibility.

*Order Cancellation*
You have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Shayne Bridals, If you have not yet received your order, please contact info@shaynebridals.com.au as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.
For order cancellation please contact us on info@shaynebriddals with your order number within 8 hours of placing your order. If your order is in process and dispatched from our warehouse, you will have to return it following our return procedures detailed above so we can process your refund. A full refund will be issued in case of payment made, however, the delivery charges are not applicable in the refund procedure. Following the return procedure and returning the parcel to the Shyane Bridal is your responsibility until it has reached us.
Therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.

When the parcel is received, please check your parcel properly. In case of any defective or damaged items, you’re authorized to contact us immediately. Our team will try their best to evaluate the issue and make amends.
