Shipping and returns:

At Shayne Bridals, our customers always come first. If you have any complaint regarding your order, please contact us via email, our customer care team is always there to help you out with any queries or complaints.

Validity for return:

If you want to return the product, you’re requested to kindly begin the process within 12 hours of receiving your order. Once the order is safely delivered to you and marked complete by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In the case of damage/wrong items/opened package, kindly contact us before sending the items back, change of mind is not applicable for a return.

Proof of Purchase:

For exchanging or returning any item, the receipt of your purchase is MUST. No exchange or return will take place if there is no receipt or proof present of your purchase.

Returning the item:

All the items returned without filling a proper complaint, will NOT be accepted and might return with no refund at all.

All items are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which ensures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receiving the goods, we reserve the right not to process your return.

Conditions for Refund:

  • In order to process a refund, please make sure the following needs are met:
  • The item must be unworn, undamaged and the tags are intact.
  • The item should be in original condition with all the original tags and receipt.
  • The item should not have any scratches or stretches made due to forceful trials.
  • The item should not have any sort of unhygienic marks such as deodorants or aftershave.
  • The item should be returned within 14 days of receiving.

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

Shipment charges:

During a return process, you’ll need to pay the return postage/delivery. Moreover for safe return, you MUST use a trackable shipping method and other proofs. Once the package is received by us, it will ONLY then be our responsibility.

Order Cancellation:

  • Customers can cancel their order within 8 hours of placing an order.
  • All orders must be canceled through the proper protocol (quoting the order reference number, name)
  • In case the order has already reached you, you will have to follow the return procedure mentioned above earlier.
  • A full refund will be issued in case of payment made, however, the delivery charges are not applicable in the refund procedure. Following the return procedure and returning the parcel to the Shyane Bridal is your responsibility until it has reached us.
  • Therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
  • In order to cancel the order please inform us prior to the despatch of the ordered dress.

Refusing to accept the order

Please note that once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. If the customer does not respond to our courier company, or fails to receive it or refuses to receive the order at the given address (due to tax payment or other reasons). The parcel will be returned to Shayne Bridals. Shayne Bridals reserves the right to deduct from the client the following:

shipping charges (both ways) as well as any duties imposed at the country of destination and in the country of origin.

Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the customer. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order; a new order will need to be placed.

Moreover, we will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be charged for re-sending any order(s), which SHOULD be paid beforehand.

Furthermore, we, Shayne Bridals, will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided.
